The CCI Coursera Programme
Important Announcement
CCI and Coursera are opening the doors to global learning!
Childhood Cancer International is pleased to announce that the new initiative to offer Coursera courses to CCI members - free of charge - is now launched and that applications are open!
This programme is supported by Sanofi Global.
-
Coursera is an online learning platform offering a variety of courses, in partnership with universities and organisations which provide high-quality educational content.
The aim of the collaboration between CCI and Coursera is to support staff members, volunteers, and cancer survivors to develop new and relevant skills for their current or future career.
There is a limited number of online licenses available, but there is at least one license available for free per current CCI member.
-
The licenses are available for free only for member organisations of CCI.
The one free license/ organisation can be offered to:
staff or volunteers within a CCI member organisation, who have a formal role (such as board member or volunteer parent supporter); or
cancer survivors, with the age of 15 years old or above; and
individuals who commit to completing the courses requirements; and
individuals who will participate in surveys focused on sharing feedback and the personal benefits of using Coursera, upon request of the CCI.
Please access this document to get familiar with the Programme guidelines and rules.
-
To receive a license, it is mandatory to fill in this registration form, by 23 April. After this date, the rule of first come, first served will be applied until all licenses will be allocated.
