Calling all developers: Let's build a platform for childhood cancer support!

Childhood cancer is a tough reality for many families worldwide. While organizations everywhere around the world work hard to provide support for children and their families to reach access to treatment and care, funding for their initiatives and programmes can be a hurdle.

Together with La Fondation La Roche-Posay, we believe that the global community united by technology can really make a difference in the lives of many children in places where opportunity is hard to be found.

Our goal

Our goal is to create a global project funding platform, where the growing community of 184 member organisations of Childhood Cancer International can showcase their projects and fundraise publicly, receiving support from donors across the world!

This platform will not  be a regular crowdfunding platform, but one built specifically on the needs of CCI and their members, with integrated features that allow a smooth management of project applications, reporting and overall platform management of fundraising campaigns and donations.

We need you

If you have experience in the development of websites which incorporate built-in automatic forms and templates, and can match this with the capacity to ensure a successful user experience - both from design and security perspective - then we are looking forward to being contacted by you!

To find out the next steps and more information on our needs regarding the platform features, and the bidding process, including the contact point on behalf of the CCI team, please check this Briefing document
