Vacancy - Global Administrator


CCI is seeking a skilled and dynamic individual for the position of part-time global Administrator. As an Administrator, you will undertake and oversee administrative functions for CCI globally, and provide admin support to the CCI Executive Director and the global CCI team.



The role includes:

  • Mail management

  • General “office” administration and compliance (filing, maintaining database, manage (app) accounts

    and service suppliers, managing registration renewals and other)

  • Supporting, liaising with CCI Members and administering CCI memberships

  • Financial administration (payments; ensuring policy adherence; invoices; reimbursement claims; liaising with the CFO, bank and auditors; cashbook; budget tracking and basic financial reporting)

  • Admin support to ED (minutes, scheduling appointments, organising meetings, coordinating with

    partners and CCI regions, travel arrangements, online research, support report development, and other admin support as requested by the ED)   

  • International Scope. Mostly home-based / remote work, and (as CCI is registered in the Netherlands) the person must be based and resident in Europe (be a EU citizen or have residency). Preference to applicants resident in Lisbon, Portugal.

  • • A minimum of a high school diploma, with a relevant tertiary qualification a strong preference

    • A minimum of 3 years proven experience as an administrator, preferably in a similar role

    • Excellent English writing and professional communication

    • Ability to produce clear and concise reports and work with Excel spreadsheets

    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

    • Working precisely and with flexibility

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (all suites including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

    • Fluency in Spanish is not essential but considered an asset

    • Must have suitable workspace at home with good access to Wi-Fi

  • • 30 hours per week. 6 hours per day, 4 hours fixed – 9 am to 1 pm, and two hours flexible per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

    • Total package of €18,000 per annum , which includes statutory required contributions (such as to Social Security, as determined by resident country)

    • Statutory required annual leave
