30th CCI Annual International Conference: Save the Date – Call for Abstracts and Registration is Open
We are happy to announce that the 30th CCI Annual International Conference will take place from 17th to 20th October 2024 in Honolulu, Hawaii (USA). This year’s annual conference will also be our 30th Anniversary. For 30 years CCI and its members have made a real and impactful difference to children and adolescents with cancer, their families, as well as survivors. We will celebrate what this has meant – and talk about the vision, initiatives and projects for the next five years.
The 30th CCI Annual International Conference will be held in Honolulu, Hawaii (USA).
In our endeavour to improve the conference and make it even more valuable to participants, and in celebration of our anniversary, this year's conference will have additional features such as bespoke training, the announcements of additional projects with benefits to members, and a Gala Dinner celebrating the 30th Anniversary. Don't miss out on what promises to be a special conference.
The conference will be held in-person, and all sessions will be recorded and made available on-demand. Please note that there will be no live broadcasting due to the local time being so different to other parts of the globe.

The CCI organising committee has been working on the programme and there already are many interesting and important topics to be presented and discussed, including:
Presenting CCI global Projects (Home Away From Home, Coursera, Project Funding Platform, and more) and explaining how members can engage and benefit from these
Psychosocial and educational programmes
Supportive and palliative care
Showcasing / learning from best practices, the sharing of knowledge, and the mapping of resources
Taking our Survivors programmes and networks to the next level – structured global coordination and the addressing of vital issues
Adolescents – special focus on adolescents and tailored services (challenges, issues)
Joint sessions – such as on ‘Grieving’
Please note that all oral presentations must be IN PERSON in Honolulu.
CCI and SIOP 2024 will not offer any prerecorded/virtual presentation.
All abstracts must be submitted through the official website. To submit your abstract for the CCI programme you should select as abstract topic: AS03- CCI – Childhood Cancer International.
