Latest News: Check the programme of the 29th CCI Annual International Conference
We continue working for our 29th CCI Annual International Conference, which will take place from October 11 to 14, 2023 in Ottawa (Canada), in conjunction with the 55th Annual Congress of the International Society of Paediatric Oncology-SIOP).
The 29th CCI Annual International Conference will be held in Ottawa, Canada.
At this point in time, we would like to remind everyone of a few practical but important items regarding the Conference, which will be held in an hybrid format, at the Shaw Centre, Ottawa and online. You will find the initial information about the conference on the official website.

We are pleased to share with you the draft programme for the conference, bearing in mind that there are likely to be minor changes made to it before the conference. You can access the programme here.

Early bird registration is until the 18th of July.
Registration fees are different for in person and virtual attendance. You will find valuable information regarding the congress registration (in person or virtual) on the following link.

You can book your accommodation through the official conference website.

The Networking dinner for CCI members will be on Tuesday the 10th of October. You are all invited, but please note that only ticket holders will be admitted. In the following announcements we will give you more information about the venue and how to register.

A limited number of stipends are available for members from Low and Middle-Income Countries. You may download the Stipend Guidelines and Application Form.
The deadline to apply for these stipends is the 7th of July.

We are ever mindful that we are an international organization, a global community, but that there are huge financial gaps between us. We know that no organization- even in affluent countries-have sufficient resources, but you may feel that your organization has more resources than most and that you wish to allocate some funds towards the “parents helping parents” programme to assist other organizations with limited finances to attend this meeting, to learn and share experiences. If this is the case, please contact us at admin@cci.care.

Please check in advance if you require a travel visa to enter Canada, and if this is the case, apply for it timeously. Please, also familiarize yourself with all requirements necessary for the entry in Canada, including travel and health documents. Upon registration to the conference, you will be able to download a Letter of Invitation from SIOP. If you/your organization needs an additional letter from CCI to apply for a visa, please contact the CCI head office at admin@cci.care. We will gladly assist you.
