Strategic Planning for Impact: CCI Board Meets in Lisbon

This week, our Board of Trustees met in person in Lisbon, Portugal. The goal of this meeting was to define strategies for CCI and plan for this year, with a focus on prioritizing mission fulfillment and maximizing impact on our community.

Our committees are currently working on a variety of projects to help us fulfill our mission of ensuring that every child with cancer has access to the best quality of treatment.

Our key objectives are:

🔹 To be globally recognized as the voice of children and adolescents with cancer, their family members, and survivors.

🔹 To ensure that all children and adolescents receive the best possible treatment and care, with a focus on reducing inequities in treatment.

🔹 To strengthen member organizations, build capacity, and mobilize support for childhood cancer initiatives.
